You can lose weight automatically, and keep it off permanently.

You can do it if you find a program that is so satisfying you will continue it for the rest of your life. You will continue it because you feel better with it. You will continue it because you enjoy the food choices. You will continue it because you enjoy the type of exercise. You won't continue it just because it's good for you. As we said, it has to be satisfying!

It will become the way you live, eat and exercise. Though you will probably eat some junk or high fat foods on occasion, it won't be your everyday style. Crucial, finally, is using effective mind support methods. You can release your inner mind holdbacks for becoming trim and getting rid of unwanted fat with The Releasing Strategy For Weight Loss and Fitness tape. This audio tape helps you release old habits of thought that have exacerbated your problem. You can do it while you are driving or doing other things as long as you can pay some attention to what it is saying and you are repeating.

For the other part of the mind equation, listen regularly to the tape Affirmations For Weight Loss and Fitness. Both tapes are by Clark Cameron who with Sharon Cameron, created the Permanent Weight Loss audio album for Nightingale Conant in 1995.

The Affirmation tape alone has helped many people create and keep habits that work for them. It is very powerful. On one side it has positive statements on eating and exercise in the first person. An example is "I always eat fit foods and not fat foods." The tape is full of statements that you will want to drill into your consciousness.

On the second side, the affirmations are spoken in the second person, for instance "You always feel better when you exercise." This is the way we have picked up so many attitudes. We have learned from things we have told ourselves (I do this or think that.) and suggestions or seeming commands we've heard from others (You always do this or that!).

Remember, if you want someone (or yourself) to stop doing some behavior, do not reaffirm the negative state of affairs by saying "You always...." It can deepen the negative behavior in his/her or your inner mind where it will increasingly make it so.

If you want to point out a behavioral problem, always state it in the past perfect tense. Simply say, "You (or I) have been...." It states the truth without affirming it into the future.

Let's use The Releasing Strategy here to help start you on your way to a new life with a fit and trim body! Repeat each statement until you can say it easily.

Use these statements to help you take the action you know you need to take. It's the start of a new year. Each day is another opportunity. Use it and
enjoy it!
