Q. Where did it come from?
A. The Method has been developed by Sharon and Clark Cameron. Research on the accessing technology began in the early 1970's and on the Releasing Strategy in 1980. They have had private practices in Atlanta and, between 1985 and 1999, San Jose, California.
The Cameron Method has been employed successfully for many purposes including: improving sales, releasing stress, improving athletic performance, healing relationships, overcoming blocks to success, controlling weight, increasing fitness, facilitating career changes, and greatly increasing income.
It has been helpful in overcoming phobias, relieving suffering from asthma and allergies, and even stopping nervous habits such as nail biting. It is a powerful system that once experienced, becomes a continuing tool for individual success.
The Cameron Method is broadly based in the best of modern stress research, psychology, and hypnotherapy. It is profoundly psychospiritual in its approach, and is especially indebted to the outstanding contributions of David Cheek, MD and clinical psychologist Leslie Lecron (Clinical Hypnotherapy), Maxwell Maltz, MD (Psycho-Cybernetics), and A Course In Miracles.
